  Booked a hire car, which was very straightforward through their website. Chatted with the customer service rep via Facebook to check it had a CD player (my 3 year old would be super sad to miss his favourite tunes!!), and they very helpfully checked and confirmed it did.

  Very friendly customer service. Great location if you're staying in the CBD area. Price wise, they're pretty similar with other car rentals around as you'd expect; to stay competitive.

  Then, I had to cancel the booking. Despite having a deposit already paid and a policy of this being non refundable, they refunded it! Super helpful of them - thank you Aries Car Rental for your great customer service.

  We originally booked a car for 3 days but my kid was sick and had to cancel one day. They are very flexible and quickly arranged that. They also kindly did a hotel pick up. Later found the car has a faulty car charger and swap the car quickly for us. I love their efficiency. Their rental also allow us to return the car after hours which was great. I loved their flexibility and constant communication. Prices were reasonable and car was clean and good. Will definitely recommend them to my friend who are visiting in future.

  Great personalised service. Both during sales and aftersales. Nick was very responsive and prompt. Professional. Also want to express my thanks to the staff (did not manage to get his name) who helped process the car return and sent us to the airport.
