  Typical bureaucratic horrible Chinese service. Three windows opens only one. The other staff just sit there and do nothing wasting everyone's time.

  A young man in this place is awesome, Great service. But totally ruined by others. One lady staring at monitor and rude to customer. Another is better, but same attitude. Complained that I shouldn't sign a English signature. Must be Chinese one. I really cannot understand.
