  Good location, nice and close to bus stops that can take you straight to the airport. Lots of amenities, cafes and restaurants nearby. Rooms are a good size too and are well presented.

  Hands down the worst hotel we've ever stayed at! Forcing customers to have a minimum 2 night stay is absolutely absurd, except it gets even worse when you check out and get told you have to pay extra because even though you were put up in a 2 bedroom apartment they only charged us for the use of 1 bed. If we're booking 2 adults and 1 child I'm pretty sure both beds are going to be used....

  Good value for money. Got upgraded to a better room and on site parking is inclusive. Only neg is that internet is extra (only 1 hour Wi-Fi inclusive!). Convenience store is attached downstairs.

  Absolutely appalled by the service provided. I’ve stayed at the Alderney before and it used to be a great experience but now their staff members don’t know what customer service is. Approached the Manager upon check out and suggested he notify his customers the night before if there would be renovations happening, I said it would be the courteous thing to do and he replied “sorry we don’t advise customer of that as it’s not our company doing it so it’s not our job”. Well excuse me, they are doing maintenance in YOUR building so the right thing to do would be to let your PAYING customers know that there will be excessive noise in the early morning. Was not happy at all and I still have not received my bond and it has been 8 working days! The hotel is outdated and quick to take your money but won’t return it any time soon.

  The staff were borderline abusive, and couldn't even muster up the foresight to warn all of its patrons on the 4th floor that renovations would be starting at 7:00 am and there might be excessive amounts of noise in the hallway. No apologies were made for the long list of inconveniences that we were met with during the course of our stay, and the hotel itself wasn't flattering enough to make up for any of it. Definitely won't stay here again.

  Stayed at the 1 bedroom apartment. Area is very spacious with heater/air-conditioning in both the living and bedroom. Toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser, hand soap was readily available. There is also a washing machine and dryer. Overall, it's been a terrific stay in this apartment. Love it!
