  I have not been impressed with the service provided. I found it ridiculous that I had to inquire numerous times whether my broker had submitted the claim for insurance, then when I called QBE had discovered that he hadn't even submitted a claim!!!

  After the insurance claim with QBE was submitted and subsequently followed up by me, there was lack of reply to my phone calls and emails. There was no follow up or communication with me after that. Then I received an envelope from Westcourt General, hoping that it contained an apology letter for previous shortcomings. Instead, it was an unpersonalised inclusion of a finance option with "sign here" indicators on the premium renewals. This infuriated me.

  The lack of service and poor communication demonstrates that Westcourt do not emulate their company philosophy of "focusing on clients..with good old fashioned service", which is outlined clearly on the website. Very disappointed and have changed brokers.

  Had the communication been that I should submit it myself I could have even forgiven that, what I am unable to forgive is failed integrity when promising that a claim would be submitted, when it in fact was not.
