  The owner gave me the dress without saying anything, hoping that I wouldn’t notice. I immediately noticed the damage but the owner made up excuses, denying any wrongdoing, trying to blame it on her staff and aggressively denying her mistake in ruining my dress. I accepted the compensation offered to avoid the headache of going to court. Absolutely no remorse shown after ruining my dress of great sentimental value! Clearly this is not the first time this has happened.

  I dropped off my $200 dress to clean a small stain and the owner insisted that it needed to be dry cleaned. When I picked up the dress it was completely ruined, the original colour was removed and there was a hole in my dress!

  I had my suit dry cleaned which had many stains on it. It came back impeccably pressed and looking brand new. I highly recommend them as they are friendly and very approachable.
